飼料中のタンパク質測定は、品質管理および成分表示に必要な手順です。ISO 5983-2:2009およびAOAC 954.01規格に適合する飼料中のタンパク質測定用簡易・迅速測定法をご紹介します。サンプルはケルダール分解器 K-438を使用し、硫酸と分解促進剤チタン入りで分解し、ケルマスター 自動ケルダール装置K-375とケルダールオートサンプラー K-376で蒸留、滴定します。
