You are responsible for translating system architecture, defined by the System Architect, into robust, scalable, and secure software architecture solutions. The Software Architect ensures the success of software development by overseeing the quality of the team's work and aligning software designs with BUCHI’s strategic goals. You provide technical leadership, mentoring junior and professional engineers and ensuring that software architecture meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
Customer Support Representative
In this function you will have the primary responsibility of maintaining a high level of customer support through excellence. CSRs are responsible for several customer engagement activities. The CSR will act as a liaison between customers and the appropriate internal organizations such as sales, service, finance, and warehouse operations.
