The determination of bisphenol A (BPA) especially in preserved food needs a fast and reliable extraction and analysis method. The samples are extracted with the SpeedExtractor E-916 and analyzed with a LC-MS method. Based on the fact that the amount of BPA in the post-extraction runs was below the LOQ, extraction yields can be considered as complete.
