Spray Drying of Sanogran red
Sanogran red is a popular food colorant used in various food products. Spray drying is a common technique used in the food industry to convert liquid substances into dry powders or granules, and it can also be used to produce powdered Sanogran red.
Spray drying of Sanogran red involves the atomization of a liquid solution of the colorant into small droplets using a spray nozzle. The droplets are then passed through a drying chamber, where they are exposed to a stream of hot air. As the droplets travel through the drying chamber, the water content evaporates, leaving behind the dry Sanogran red particles.
The dried particles are then separated from the hot air stream using a cyclone separator or a bag filter. The resulting powder is uniform in composition, easy to handle, and has a longer shelf life than liquid colorants.
Spray drying of Sanogran red is a highly efficient process that allows for the production of large quantities of food colorant in a short period of time. It is also a cost-effective method that ensures consistent quality in the final product.
