Conventional manufacturing

In conventional manufacturing, you will be taught how to manufacture a wide variety of workpieces from metal and plastics using a lathe, milling machine and drilling machine. A special feature of BUCHI is that all the workpieces you produce are actually useful and are used in assembly as soon as they are finished. Productive collaboration is guaranteed from the very beginning.

CNC Machining

In CNC Machining, you will learn how to operate modern CNC industrial machines and use programming software to program CNC machine controls for our lathes and milling machines. These programs are then transferred to the machine via the network and run in there. You will learn to measure the workpieces correctly, with the help of modern measuring equipment. All our workpieces are installed in our BUCHI instruments. It is also interesting that you will be able to see where the individual components are assembled or installed at any time.

Metrology Polymechanic

At BUCHI, you will learn to measure the workpieces you produce yourself. To do this, you will use a wide variety of measuring devices - from vernier calipers to modern Zeiss measuring machines with optical measuring systems. You will mainly use calipers and micrometers, as these are indispensable in everyday work. But at the end of the apprenticeship, you will also master the measuring equipment that you do not use daily.
