Spray Drying of Sanogran black
Sanogran black is a type of food coloring agent that is commonly used in the food industry. Spray drying is a popular method for producing powders and granules from liquid substances, and it can also be used to produce powdered food coloring.
Spray drying of Sanogran black involves the conversion of a liquid Sanogran black solution into a dry, powdered form through the process of atomization, drying, and particle separation. The liquid Sanogran black solution is atomized into small droplets using a spray nozzle, which are then subjected to a stream of hot air in a drying chamber. As the droplets are exposed to the hot air, the water content evaporates, leaving behind the solid Sanogran black particles.
The dried Sanogran black particles are then separated from the hot air stream using a cyclone separator or a bag filter. The resulting powder is uniform in composition and can be easily stored and transported. Spray drying of Sanogran black is a cost-effective and efficient method for producing large quantities of food coloring with consistent quality.
