Определение белка в кормах в качестве стандартной процедуры для обеспечения качества и маркировки. Простой и быстрый метод определения белка в кормовых продуктах согласно стандартам ISO 5983-2:2009 и AOAC 954.01 описывается ниже. Образец минерализуют с помощью серной кислоты и таблеток Кьельдаля «Titanium» с использованием дигестора Automat K-438 с последующими дистилляцией и фильтрацией с помощью дистиллятора KjelMaster K-375 с автоподатчиком KjelSampler K-376.
